Raised in El Paso, Texas, Michelle Gravalos noticed the one-sided nature of the healthcare *provided* in her primarily Latin community. She decided to into the field herself to change it. Michelle believes in strong patient advocacy and shared medical decision-making through mutual collaboration—something she now provides to her patients at ArchWell Health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and their energetic dog named Luna. She also loves to rock climb, snowboard, and cycle.
