  Dr. Nathan Moore

  Dr. Nathan Moore is Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Moore attended Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA for his undergraduate work and then attended Duke University School of Medicine and obtained his M.D. in 1995. Dr. Moore then came to Colorado and completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Colorado’s family medicine program at Rose Medical Center. Dr. Moore practices mostly at the Aurora location. He provides comprehensive family medicine services and has a special interest in addiction medicine, treating patients with opioid use disorder as well as alcohol addiction. Dr. Moore is married with three children. He enjoys mountain-biking, running and golf.

• Rachel Lovelady

  MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

  Rachel Lovelady is a Family Nurse Practitioner board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She attended Kansas State University and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Life Science degree in 2006. Rachel received her second Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Rockhurst University in partnership with Research College of Nursing in 2007, and began her nursing career in the Critical Care Unit at Overland Park Reginal Medical Center in Overland Park, KS. Rachel then completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2010 from the Research College of Nursing while working in the Critical Care Unit, and was also inducted as a member into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She moved to Texas in 2011 with her husband where she began her FNP career in an Urgent Care setting for a short period before working at a private Family Practice. Rachel and her husband moved to Colorado in 2013. Rachel has experience in treating multiple family practice and acute care issues such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, asthma, depression, and hormone imbalances to name a few. Rachel launched her passion for people and the community participating in a multitude of philanthropic activities as part of Kansas State University’s Gamma Phi Beta chapter. Her care for others continues to extend beyond the clinic as an active member of the Junior League of Denver where she volunteers to improve children’s literacy in the Denver community. Rachel cares for her own healthy lifestyle through the joys of gardening, photography, cooking, skiing, hiking and exercising.

• Dwight Duncan

  Psy.D.

  Dr. Duncan was born and spent most of his early life in California. He received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver in 1987. He is a Licensed Psychologist as well as a Licensed Addiction Counselor. He has had extensive training and experience throughout his professional career in, medical psychology, mindfulness, integrated behavioral healthcare and substance abuse. Dr. Duncan is married and has a grown daughter who is a neurologic physical therapist in Los Angeles.

• Julie Sugioka

  LPC

  Julie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2001 with a masters degree in Community Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. In 2009 she completed level II training in EMDR, a highly specialized technique for treating trauma and anxiety. Julie has over 15 years of experience working with clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression and a variety of other life issues. She is married with two children and spends her free time camping, fishing, and being with family.
