Ali McCoy-Stengel, LE, RN, BSN is the founder, owner, and Master Nurse Injector at Always Beautiful Medspa. Ali is also the founder and owner of Always Beautiful Institute, LLC located in Aurora, CO where she trains in-person and virtual classes on products including Botox, Juvederm, Kybella, CoolSculpting, and more. Ali’s passion for facial aesthetics began as a young teenager, when her struggles with acne and self esteem drove her into the skincare industry, on a mission to make others feel better about themselves when they look in the mirror every day. Her passion for aesthetic medicine is rooted in education – educating the patient, educating the staff, and educating the injector. Ali believes it is vital to train all aesthetic providers in facial anatomy, patient individuality, thorough assessments, concise consultations, detailed product knowledge, proven safety protocols, injection precautions, aseptic technique, patient post treatment care, and in-office patient follow-up procedures. Jodi Payne

Jodi is a Master CoolSculpting Provider at Always Beautiful. She discovered her love for Body Contouring while attending laser tech school in 2015. Jodi completed CoolSculpting University in 2016 and attended and has completed the CoolSculpting Masters Course where she further refined her advanced skill set. Over the course of the past nine years, Jodi has performed thousands of treatments. Jodi has a background in massage therapy, with over 20 years of experience. These combined skills and knowledge of anatomy have proven the perfect complement, making Jodi an expert in her field. Jodi is trained on various body contouring devices and CoolSculpting and CoolTone are her favorite! Jodi prides herself in the personal concierge experience and making patients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout consultation and treatment. When she’s not CoolSculpting, she enjoys spending time with her husband and eight children, exploring random mountain towns, and going on adventures!
